1. Operator and scope

PromptForge.store is operated by Jürgen Bucek as a sole proprietor. These terms apply to all platform users, especially registered users, buyers, sellers, and creators.

Different terms of individual users apply only if PromptForge.store has expressly confirmed them in text form.

2. Subject of the platform

PromptForge.store provides a technical platform on which digital content can be offered, searched, purchased, sold, and managed.

Digital content may include, in particular, structured AI instructions, workflows, templates, bundles, accompanying files, descriptions, and multilingual variants.

PromptForge.store is not a provider of individual legal, tax, medical, financial, or business advice. Content on the platform is intended for digital use by the respective buyer.

3. User account and registration

Certain functions require registration. Information provided during registration must be truthful, current, and complete.

Each user may maintain only one own account unless PromptForge.store permits otherwise in an individual case.

Access credentials must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for all actions performed through their account to the extent they are accountable for them.

4. Roles on the platform

Buyers are users who purchase or use digital content.

Sellers or creators are users who list their own digital content on PromptForge.store and offer it for purchase.

A user can be both buyer and seller.

5. Listing digital content by sellers

Sellers may list only content for which they hold the required rights or for whose use and sale they are validly authorized.

Sellers are responsible for titles, descriptions, categories, prices, files, previews, and other offer information.

Offers must not be misleading and must not promise guarantees that cannot be reliably fulfilled.

• no third-party content without authorization
• no unlawful, discriminatory, offensive, or fraudulent content
• no content that infringes third-party rights
• no content that promotes prohibited advice or forbidden actions
• no circumvention of payment, rating, or platform rules

6. Review, moderation, and removal

PromptForge.store may review content before or after publication, return it for revision, deactivate it, or remove it if there is suspicion of rule violations, rights infringements, abuse, or quality problems.

There is no entitlement to publication of specific content.

7. Purchase of digital content and conclusion of contract

The purchase contract for digital content offered by a seller is concluded between the buyer and the seller named in the respective offer. PromptForge.store provides the technical marketplace and does not itself become a party to that product purchase.

By activating the clearly labelled payment button, the buyer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed in the seller’s Stripe account and the digital content is unlocked.

Digital content is provided electronically. Physical goods are not shipped.

8. Payment, Stripe, fees, and payouts

Payments are processed through Stripe. A separate payment is initiated for each seller group in the respective seller’s connected Stripe account. Stripe’s payment and privacy terms also apply.

For each sale, Stripe pays 20 percent of the sale price to PromptForge.store as a platform fee. The remaining share is credited to the seller account. The seller bears Stripe's payment-processing fees and remains responsible for taxes and statutory charges. For a voluntary goodwill refund, the platform fee generally remains in place unless PromptForge.store expressly decides otherwise. This does not reduce any mandatory statutory refund owed to the buyer.

If the cart contains products from different sellers, they are grouped by seller and paid separately in sequence. PromptForge.store does not receive the full sale price as an intermediary cashier.

9. Withdrawal and refunds for digital content

For digital content, a statutory right of withdrawal may expire under certain conditions if the buyer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires and confirms that this causes loss of the right of withdrawal.

PromptForge.store obtains this express consent immediately before purchase, stores it with the purchase record, and confirms it in the purchase confirmation. The digital content is provided only afterwards.

Once digital delivery has begun, there is no general voluntary right of return. Requests for a voluntary goodwill refund should be submitted in writing within 24 hours after successful delivery. The purchase and product must be identified and the issue described specifically and, where possible, supported by screenshots, error messages, or screen recordings. After 24 hours there is generally no entitlement to a voluntary goodwill review. The seller is generally given an opportunity to remedy a remediable defect. A full or partial refund is initiated manually by the seller or PromptForge.store only after an individual review. Mandatory statutory rights, including those relating to duplicate payment, non-delivery, defects, or a right of withdrawal that has not validly expired, remain unaffected. Chargebacks and disputes may lead to review or suspension only of access to the affected product.

In case of abuse, chargebacks, fraudulent actions, or rule violations, PromptForge.store may review, block access, or restrict accounts.

10. License to use purchased content

With the purchase, the buyer receives a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased digital content, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

The buyer may use the content for own private or commercial purposes, provided that no third-party rights are infringed and no legal prohibitions are circumvented.

The purchase does not transfer ownership or copyrights in the content.

• Sharing the original content with third parties is prohibited
• Reselling or relisting on other marketplaces is prohibited
• Copying beyond own use is prohibited
• Removing copyright, license, or source notices is prohibited
• Use for unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful purposes is prohibited

11. Rights of sellers and creators

Sellers retain the rights to their own listed content to the extent they validly own those rights.

By listing content, the seller grants PromptForge.store the usage rights required for operation, display, promotion, translation, technical processing, sale, and provision.

These rights are limited to the purpose of the platform and generally end when the content is permanently removed, unless retention, evidence, or settlement interests prevent this.

12. Bundles and multilingual variants

Bundles may contain multiple digital contents or connected work steps. Purchasing a bundle grants access to the components described in the offer.

Multilingual variants serve better usability in different markets. A translation does not replace professional review of the result by the user.

13. Ratings, ranking, and prohibition of manipulation

Ratings, rankings, recommendations, and marketplace placements must not be manipulated.

In particular, fake purchases, fake reviews, multiple accounts to influence rankings, purchased reviews, automated review submissions, and misleading claims about popularity are prohibited.

14. Scraping, automation, and platform protection

Automated extraction, copying, scraping, crawling, or mass downloading of platform data or content is prohibited without prior express permission.

Technical measures that impair the security, availability, data integrity, or fair use of the platform are likewise prohibited.

15. AI-specific notices

Results from AI systems may vary. PromptForge.store does not guarantee that digital content will produce identical results in every AI system, version, or context.

Users must review AI results on their own responsibility, especially before commercial, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise critical use.

Sellers must not make inaccurate guarantees of success, revenue, ranking, or results.

16. Suspension and termination

PromptForge.store may temporarily or permanently restrict user accounts or individual functions if there is suspicion of abuse, rights infringement, payment fraud, manipulation, or material breach of contract.

Users may request deletion of their account unless statutory retention duties, ongoing settlements, or legitimate evidence interests prevent this.

17. Liability

PromptForge.store is liable under statutory provisions in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory liability provisions.

In cases of slight negligence, PromptForge.store is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

Each seller is responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership of rights, offer information, and fulfilment of the content they offer. PromptForge.store’s mandatory statutory responsibility for its own content and platform obligations remains unaffected.

18. Privacy

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the privacy policy of PromptForge.store.

19. Changes to these terms

PromptForge.store may adjust these terms with effect for the future if required due to technical, legal, or economic developments.

Registered users will be informed about material changes in an appropriate manner.

20. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies unless mandatory consumer protection rules conflict with this.

If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

21. Effects of plan changes on seller products

A downgrade takes effect after the already paid plan period ends. PromptForge then limits public visibility to the scope of the new plan. Free keeps up to ten original prompt or workflow uploads in the language stored at registration without translations; all bundles are restricted by the plan. Pro keeps up to twenty original prompt or workflow uploads including their translations and matching bundles. Selection is based first on the highest paid revenue, then on the most paid sales in case of a tie, and then on the earliest creation time. For Free, only original products in the registration language are evaluated. For Pro, the performance of related language products is attributed to the original upload without counting translations as additional uploads. Additional products and restricted bundles remain stored and visible to the seller, but are not public or editable. Existing buyer access remains available. The seller receives a statement of reasons when the restriction takes effect.

22. Seller subscriptions, term and cancellation

Pro and Business are monthly recurring seller subscriptions. The price shown at checkout is charged through Stripe for each billing period until the subscription is effectively cancelled or changed.

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are declared through Stripe subscription management. Cancellation generally ends the paid plan at the period end confirmed by Stripe; paid features remain active until then. No voluntary prorated refund is provided for a partial billing period. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

PromptForge.store may grant temporary access to a higher plan as a goodwill gesture, as part of campaigns, partnerships or giveaways, or for testing. Such access does not change the plan billed through Stripe or its price and ends automatically at the stated time. The paid plan active through Stripe at that time then applies again. Temporary access to a lower plan never restricts a higher paid plan.

23. Cart, mixed products and delivery

A cart may contain prompts, bundles and workflows in different product languages and from different sellers. The selected interface language does not change the stored product language or purchased product data.

Stripe charges the confirmed subtotal for each seller group separately in that seller’s connected Stripe account and deducts the corresponding platform fee directly. PromptForge.store records the immutable purchase snapshot and the settlement values reported by Stripe for each payment. Bundle components are not charged again.

Items in a seller group remain in the cart until that payment is confirmed. Only after successful confirmation are the corresponding purchase rights released, only the paid items removed, and the purchase confirmation sent. Seller groups not yet paid remain in the cart.
