Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The withdrawal period is generally fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance begins if the buyer has expressly agreed to immediate supply, acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and received the contract confirmation on a durable medium.

PromptForge.store obtains and records this consent immediately before payment and confirms it in the purchase confirmation. Immediate access is not released without this consent.

Voluntary goodwill review

Requests for a voluntary goodwill refund should be submitted in writing within 24 hours after successful digital delivery. Identify the purchase and product and provide a specific description and, where possible, screenshots, error messages, or a screen recording.

After 24 hours there is generally no entitlement to a voluntary goodwill review. Mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to defects, non-delivery, duplicate payment, or a right of withdrawal that has not validly expired, remain unaffected.

Where a withdrawal right applies, sending an unambiguous statement before the deadline is sufficient. Please note the conditions above concerning digital content already supplied.
